Description
Water Mill now disused. Late C18.Coursed sandstone and ashlar. Stone slate roof with stone coped gables and moulded kneelers. Two storeys,built into the hillside. North elevation of two bays. Doorway with chamfered surround and plank door,flanked by 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion windows,the left hand one without its mullion. Two similar windows above,not symmetrically placed. Gabled roof dormer. The lower bay to the left has a single light window with recessed and chamfered surround to each floor. The gable end to the road has an upper doorway with chamfered surround. Gabled wing running south has an upper doorway with square section surround.
