Description
House, formerly stables to Lea Wood Hall. 1874-7. W Eden Nesfield architect. Regularly coursed gritstone with ashlar dressings, quoins, plain tiled roof, hipped to west end, and with projecting stone stack to north wall rising as a brick cluster stack above eaves, with corbelled cap removed. Single storey, three bays, with a 2 and a 3-light window in quoined surrounds flanking former quoined central doorway, now with casement window to upper part, and blocking masonry below. Listed for group value.
