Full Description
A Grade II listed, late 18th or early 19th century terraced house that forms the rear wing of the three-storey coursed stone terrace Nos 1 to 5 (consec.) Chevin Alley [SMR17050]. The house has a slate roof and three windows irregularly placed, generally modern glazing in earlier sash-window spaces. The door has a cambered head lining. The building is included for group value and as an integral part of the terrace. It has an early example of a sloping roof. (1)
