Full Description

A Grade II listed, plain early 19th century building at the upper entrance from Derby Road to the Mill Yard of the Milford Cotton Mill Complex [SMR17033]. Built of coursed stone with a chamfered corner to the ground floor and a slate roof. There are three windows to the road façade, and one to the east facade with a six panelled door with raised and fielded panels and very large iron strap hinges. The building adjoins the end of Chevin Alley [SMR17050]. (1)
