Full Description
Picturesque Grade II listed, 17th and 18th century, two-storey coursed stone cottages, may have originally been two cottages with the linking centre part built or modified in the late 18th or early 19th century. There are tiled roofs and brick chimney-stacks. No. 1 has a moulded stone band carried up over the windows as hoodmould. Nos 1 and 3 retain their plain stone window surrounds. No. 3 has a 1st floor mullioned window, but otherwise small casement windows. Known as "Mount Pleasant" in 18th century (from the 1792 survey). There is a coursed stone coped garden wall. (1)
