Full Description
A Grade II* listed, early 19th century stable range and carriage entrance at Dalley Farm [SMR28723], built of ashlar with a roof of tiles and old slates. The building consists of a gabled carriageway entrance to the west yard and a stable range. The gable has a clock above an iron framed window with a small centre casement. There are massive stone lintels to the carriage entrance and a flanking stone staircase to the loft. To the north are two stable doors, two windows and a shuttered pitching-eye above. The rear facade has a gabled 1st floor entrance to a walk over the northern arcade. There are modern additions to the ground floor. (1)
