Full Description
A Grade II listed, late 18th and early 19th century terrace of three-storey coursed stone industrial housing, probably built by Strutts. The roofing now has modern pantiles and there are brick chimney-stacks on the ridge. The houses generally have one window each, but No. 2 of early 19th century date has three windows and is back to back with No. 65 Hopping Hill [SMR28839]. The sash-windows have mainly late 19th century glazing and stone lintels, but there is some modern glazing in the same spaces. Coped stone garden walls form the street boundary. (1)
