Full Description

A Grade II listed, early 19th century corner terraced block with stone dressings. The rear facades are stone and there are moulded stone eaves and hipped slate roofs. The block is of three storeys, with six windows in all, generally sash-windows with glazing bars, the first floor with stone labels on consoles, the ground floor has dripstones. The north side of the facade has a segmental arched stone entrance with rusticated treatment and a brick blocking course above the eaves. The building is angled at the corner and has modern corner shop windows. A two-storey side facade to High Pavement has a stone plinth and quoins. A round-arched doorway has a rusticated stone surround and fanlight. (1)
