Full Description
A grade II listed Metropolitan Police Box designed by Gilbert Mackenzie Trench and manufactured 1930-7. It is built of pre-cast concrete. It is square in plan, each face being identical, with six lower panels and two small glazing bar fixed lights above. The doorway is the right half of the east face. The whole box is surmounted by a blue light. This box was originally sited on the North Circular Road, London, and it was removed to its present site in 1983. (1)
