Full Description
Late C18/early C19. A Grade II listed, late 18th or early 19th century terrace of two-storey red brick houses with slate roofs, the houses stepped up the hillside. Each house has one casement window to each storey (except No. 2 which has 2), and No. 2 has two shop windows on the ground floor. The doors have cambered head linings. The end elevation of No. 2 (to Green Lane) is rendered. This row of houses was formerly known as "Hedge Row" (O S 1879). (No 20 apparently incorporates the former No 18). (1)
