Full Description
A Grade II listed, early 19th century house, the end of a block of tall terraced houses at the junction of three streets: Church Street, High Street and Market Head. No 1 closes the north side of the market place area and it's main facade is on High Street. The three-storey house is an ashlar building with slate roof and sash windows with glazing bars; and a centre six panel door with a stone lintel. The south-western end elevation has a double span roof. The end wall is rendered with white roughcast. There is an Irregular rear elevation to Church Street. (1)
