Full Description

A Grade II terrace of modest two-storey coursed stone houses, probably built by Strutts in the late 18th or early 19th century. The terrace has a hipped old slate roof overall with brick chimney-stacks. There are two windows to each storey of each house (generally sashes or iron casements) except for No. 8 which has one to Well Lane and another at the side. The façade of No. 11 is now rendered. There is a stone garden wall on the eastern street boundary which contains a recess for a pump. (1)
