Full Description
A Grade II listed Vicarage dated 1857, by architect H J Stevens of Derby. A large stone house with a gabled facade to Bridge Street of ashlar with plinth. The house has a steeply pitched slate roof and an external stone chimney-stack at the south side. The vicarage has two and a half storeys with three windows to the first floor. The southern gabled dormer breaks through the eaves. The windows are with mullions, those of ground floor also have transoms. The most prominent feature, and one which forms the end of the view from Long Row [SMR28789], is a first floor oriel window with a panelled base set under the gable. (1)
