Full Description
Grade II listed canal bridge built in 1792 by William Jessop and Benjamin Outram and located to the east of Canal Cottages [SMR24777]. Constructed of coursed squared sandstone with a single stilted semi-circular arch with a plain band over it and parapets with rounded copings. The walls curve outwards to either side and finish in square piers. The bridge was built as part of the Cromford Canal. See list description for further details. (1)
