Full Description
An early 19th century Grade II listed farmhouse, built as one of the Strutt farms. The house comprises is built of coursed stone, with a slate roof and brick chimney-stacks. The plan consists of a main two-storey rectangular block and a lower two-storey part of similar shape to the south-east (adjoining the main house but recessed from it). The main house has three window apertures to each floor, with iron framed casement windows, oblong panes and centre opening lights. The entrance is via a three-bay south-eastern part which has similar fenestration. A coped coursed stone garden wall separates home from farmyard. (1)
