Full Description

Tea rooms to north of Melbourne Hall and attached walls. Laundry, now tea rooms and attached walls. Early 18th cent with 19th century addition and minor later alterations. Probably built by William Cooke for Thomas Coke of Melbourne Hall, at the same time as the remodelling of the garden by Royal Gardeners to Queen Anne, London and Wise. Grade I.
