Full Description

SK 3639? A fine Early Bronze Age quartzite hammer with cylindrical hole, found at Breadsall. It was purchased in 1920 by the Derby Museum and is now part of the Pullen Collection (Acc. 819-5-21). (1, 2) On exhibition in Derby Museum (note: Posnansky gives an incorrect Accession Number. The number quoted above is correct). (3)
