Full Description

SK SK 3059/3060 Tanged spearhead L22.3 (+) blade with broad lozenge-sectioned midrib bordered by narrow furrow and slightly ridged edge-bevel, rivet hole in tang end broken. Held in Ashmolean Museum, 1927-2523. Tanged bronze spear-head of Arreton Down type, was exhibited at the Soc. of Antiquaries by John Evans and provenanced as Matlock, Derbyshire. (1-6)
