Full Description

Seven unretouched Mesolithic blades and flakes together with a microlith, a core and two microburins were found scattered on erosion patches in open moorland at Ormes Moor. In the F. Hepworth Collection. (1, 2) Almost entirely black chert, with just a couple of flakes of brown chert. (3)
