Full Description

[Marginal] "Amongst some other flint implements found at Ashover in Derbyshire, I have a small flint awl, very sharp at the point, and evidently intended for making holes in skins." (1) Local Museum enquiries resulted in no information regarding this find or its present location. (2) No further information. Probably Neolithic-Bronze Age in date. (3)
