Full Description

SK 3062. At the SE end of Matlock Moor there were two cairns near the stone circle called the 7 Bretheren. Two others existed and were destroyed for stone in the 18th century. (1) There were at least 2 cairns, reportedly 16m (40ft) diameter and 0.6m (2ft) high, and 2 others were destroyed for stone in the 18th century. (1-3)
